After many years of teaching the Moving Mandala internationally, Nancy has assembled the teachings and practices into a 50-page e-book.
You will find introductory guidelines for your practice, which you can set up at home and work through at your own speed.
There is a chapter for each chakra, with descriptions of the areas of life governed by the chakra and many suggested exercises for a session. After you have integrated a cycle – or better: a spiral – of sessions, one for each chakra, you will still have many more tried and true exercises to choose from for your next turn around the spiral.
If you are taking a live group course with a Moving Mandala teacher, this book is required reading. It will also help you deepen and extend your experiences on your own.
