Shamanic Workshops June 2018: Dismembership and Shapeshifting
You are invited to join Nancy Sherwood and Brenda Marita Mason
for one day workshops in
Dismemberment and Shamanic Shapeshifting (sound and movement)
June 23/4, Annapolis Valley, NS.
Shamanic Dismemberment is an intentional spirit journey of death and rebirth. The person who journeys may experience being torn apart or falling apart and the idea is that he/she comes together again in a transformative way, with more energy and greater alignment with their soul’s purpose. This prepares participants for expanded vitality and life as it is in the present and helps us be more prepared for this century’s challenges. We will do a preparation and a follow through so that people leave feeling grounded and whole.
Shapeshifting: Shamanic Sound and Movement comes from a very primal place of creation; we align soul and body so that we can access energy greater than ourselves. If we merge with the results of the previous day’s work or a power animal that we wish to embody, then that can be the intention to take into the day. Shamanic journey work can restore us to our wildness and help us be in partnership with the earth’s beings, as well as the cosmic allies that come into the circle. We intend that we will all leave the workshop with integration and grounding as well as with more awareness of our part in Divine Creation.
Brenda and Nancy are seasoned practitioners who have travelled overseas, across Canada, and in other countries to the south, to bring the essence of shamanic energy and teachings from ancient roots to modern times. We are guided directly from spirit to bring a contemporary way of accessing our creativity and healing to the planet and its beings. These workshops are for people who seek a balanced life of mind, body and spirit.
